With menus created by our award winning Executive Chef, Tom Hughes, you can expect to taste the freshness of all our ingredients with every mouthful you take. All our food is sourced locally, where possible, in fact we have to go all of 4 doors away for our meat ! We obtain only the freshest of produce, nothing in a bag and very little frozen. Well, the ice cubes maybe !
